Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Product

  Attach the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package to our designated service center in Poland.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
